Delete Account

In the app

Open EyvaX → Profile → My Account → Delete account. Your account and associated data are removed.

Without the app

Email info@bluesemi.io from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account", including the phone number on the account. We verify ownership and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone, year of birth, gender, height, weight), your persona, and all wellness data recorded by your EYVA device — heart rate, steps, sleep, recovery and energy scores.

How long it takes

Personal data is removed within 30 days of a verified request.
