BlueSemi, a revolutionary healthtech company, with a mission to transform the way people monitor their health on daily basis, is looking for a technical savvy Customer Success Manager who will be focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and supporting the sales team and product team to make customer experience the best.

The candidate must be social and analytical, possess an aptitude to learn new software tools and should be able to communication clearly and effectively.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop healthy customer relationships
  • Handle customer complaints and requests
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Work with product and tech teams to incorporate inputs and feedback in the product for a great customer experience
  • Track and optimizing processes by being on the top of data
  • Incorporate best practices to deliver customer satisfaction

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent required
  • Min 1 year of experience working with a product company (preferably D2C)
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
    • Technology/Tools: Any CSM tool for Saas & CRM
    • Process related Tools: Jira
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
